WITHDRAWING / TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT

You may request withdrawals of the available funds in your Cash Balance or P2P Fund Balance to either your Linked Bank Account or by requesting a physical cheque for physical collection by you in our business address(es). Silver Bullion shall deduct the bank transfer fees from the sum to be remitted.

You may also transfer funds from your Cash Balance to your P2P  Fund Balance and vice versa provided that it is for the same currency.

WITHDRAWING FUNDS TO YOUR LINKED BANK ACCOUNT

THE STEPS:

Step 1

Visit our website at WWW.SILVERBULLION.COM.SG and Log-In with your Silver Bullion Account. 

Step 2

Click on your PROFILE > CASH & P2P BALANCES tab to view your fund balances.

1_Withdraw_Funds

Step 3

Select the TRANSFER/WITHDRAW button to initiate the withdrawal (Pro-Tip: If you wish to transfer from your P2P balances, select P2P BALANCES from the sidebar).

Step 4

Indicate the amount you wish to withdraw and the Linked Bank Account where the funds will be sent to, then click PROCEED to continue. (Pro-Tip: Please contact us at [email protected] or through Secure Notification, if you wish to withdraw to an unregistered bank account).

Step 5

Review your withdrawal request details, including the amount, currency, and selected Linked Bank Account, then click on CONFIRM WITHDRAWAL REQUEST to submit your request

4_Withdraw_Funds

Step 6

Your Fund Withdrawal Request is now confirmed. A Withdrawal Request summary in your registered e-mail or in your Secure Notification inbox in your Silver Bullion Account.

9_Withdraw_Funds

TRANSFERRING FUNDS BETWEEN CASH BALANCE AND P2P FUND BALANCE

THE STEPS:

Step 1

Visit our website at WWW.SILVERBULLION.COM.SG and Log-In with your Silver Bullion Account. 

Step 2

Click on your PROFILE > CASH & P2P BALANCES tab to view your fund balances.

Step 3

Select the TRANSFER/WITHDRAW button to initiate the withdrawal (Pro-Tip: If you wish to transfer from your Cash Balance, select CASH BALANCES from the sidebar).

Step 4

Indicate the amount you wish to withdraw and select Peer-to-Peer Fund Balance, then click PROCEED to continue.

Review your withdrawal request details, including the amount and currency, then click on CONFIRM TRANSFER REQUEST to submit your request

Step 6

Your Fund Transfer Request is now confirmed. A Transfer Request summary in your registered e-mail or in your Secure Notification inbox in your Silver Bullion Account.

8_Withdraw_Funds

CAN I CANCEL MY WITHDRAWAL/TRANSFER REQUEST?

You can always cancel your withdrawal by clicking the CANCEL button for your request. You will not be able to cancel a request once we have started processing them.


WHEN WILL MY WITHDRAWAL/TRANSFER REQUEST BE PROCESSED?

Withdrawal/Transfer Requests are processed within 1-3 business days. The time it takes for your funds to reach your bank account will vary according to the following. Bank transfers to a Singapore Linked Bank Account typically take within 2 business days and incur minimal to zero charges, while overseas telegraphic transfers can take 3-4 working days, and charges may be levied by the sending and receiving bank.
