U.S. DOMESTIC WIRE TRANSFER (USD ONLY)

If you are transferring funds from a U.S. based USD account this option allows you to pay your Silver Bullion order via a bank-to-bank domestic transfer in the United States providing a simple, reliable and less expensive way of initiating payments electronically.

Advantages:

• International wire transfer is a tedious and time consuming process and has to be done during the bank's business hours and sometimes even require your physical presence at the bank. A domestic interbank transfer can be easily made using your bank's mobile/internet banking services.
• International wire transfers are costly due to high banking fees. The domestic interbank transfer will cost a small fraction of an international SWIFT transfer.
• The transfer is easier for bank staff to process and therefore more reliable.

IMPORTANT: We cannot send funds to customers via ACH (Automated Clearing House), only wire transfer.

LOCAL CHEQUE AND CASHIER'S ORDERS (USD OR SGD)

Cashier's orders and cheques must be in either USD or SGD from a Singapore bank account because international cheque clearance can take months to clear, the process is unreliable and the fees are expensive.

Please make them payable to "Silver Bullion Pte Ltd", write the account number (003-922974-7 for SGD / 0003-016066-01-8 for USD) on the back of the cheque and either deposit it at a DBS or POSB cheque deposit box or mail it to our Silver Bullion shop.

Take note that cheques have to clear with the bank before bullion can be taken possession of. Cashier's orders are as good as cash and you can take immediate delivery / possession of your order.

NOTE: Do not send the cheque or cashier's order to our bank because they might not deposit the cheque.

INTERNATIONAL AND SINGAPORE BANK TRANSFERS - US DOLLARS (USD)

International Wires (also called SWIFT) require payments of transfer charges at both the sending and receiving side. To ensure the correct amount is transferred ensure both sending and receiving SWIFT charges are paid for.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS

Payments in USD using Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay issued credit/debit card are accepted and are processed through our payment partner, Stripe. This payment option is limited to 20,000 SGD (or its USD equivalent) payments and involves a 4.5% credit card transaction fee.

Please only use a debit/credit card under your name.

Due to the high risk of fraud, credit/debit card orders exceeding 5,000 SGD (or its USD equivalent) may require additional manual review by our team. As an additional precaution for local orders (local pick-up), we may also require you to present the credit card used to pay for the order.

We reserve the right to refuse any credit/debit card orders deemed questionable or of significant risk to Silver Bullion.

BITCOIN OR ETHEREUM PAYMENT

Note: Your account must be S.T.A.R. Storage verified to use this payment option.

You can now buy precious metals or extend storage with Bitcoin or Ethereum, up to 500,000 USD worth of cryptocurrencies every 24 hours.

To buy with cryptocurrency:

1. Click on the flag icon at the top of our website to change the currency. In the dropdown menu, select the cryptocurrency of your choice. Prices on the website will now be denominated in the selected cryptocurrency.
2. Add the products to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout when you are ready.
3. In checkout, your preferred cryptocurrency selected in Step 1 will be the default currency for payment. Please repeat Step 1 if you want a different payment currency.
4. Submit your order.
5. After order submission, send the cryptocurrency due to the deposit address shown (in characters and QR code). You will also receive the same by e-mail. You have 15 minutes to send the cryptocurrency.
6. Once we receive the cryptocurrency, we will e-mail you a cash balance update.

Buying precious metals in cryptocurrency is subject to an administration fee in accordance with the Schedule of Charges as published from time to time on our Website.

With a cryptocurrency selected as the preferred transaction currency in Step 1, selling precious metals for cryptocurrency will follow the same process just as with selling into fiat currencies.
