How do I withdraw funds from my P2P account?

You can easily withdraw funds from your S.T.A.R. Account's P2P Balances by clicking the 'Transfer/Withdraw' button. You would need to indicate the amount you would like to withdraw and where the funds would be transferred - either your S.T.A.R. Account's Cash Balance or any of your linked bank accounts.

Our accounting team will then process your withdrawal request and inform you once it has been completed.

If you would like to change your linked bank account details, you will have to do a change request. Kindly contact us for us for more information on the change request.
