How can I change my personal details in my account?

If your S.T.A.R. Storage account has not been verified yet, you can change your personal details from the Edit Profile page.

After your S.T.A.R. Storage account is approved, you will be able to change only your password in the Edit Profile page. For any changes in personal details will require a Change Request and you would have to contact us, and we will send you the Change Request form.

As per our policy to safeguard customer holdings, if you wish to update your phone number, e-mail address, bank account number or Bitcoin wallet address, kindly fill in your new details on the Change Request form, and one of our Customer Service team members will be in touch with you via a video verification call. After submitting the Change Request Form, kindly let us know when you would be available to conduct the video call. We are contactable 7:00 am to 4:00 am, Mondays to Fridays, local time, except during Singapore public holidays.

NOTE: To update account details such as your e-mail address or phone number for personal accounts, please log in and click the ‘Edit’ icon. Please note that you will be required to complete a one-time identity verification to confirm these changes.
