Price Match Policy

We strive to offer the best possible pricing for select bullion products marked with the Lowest Price Badge. Our Price Match Policy is designed to ensure you receive the best value when purchasing eligible bullion from us, subject to the conditions and limitations below:

Eligibility:

• Bullion products displaying the Lowest Price Guarantee Badge on our website are eligible for price matching.
• Price matching is available for eligible products for local collection or for storage.
• Price match requests will only be considered against publicly marketed prices from other established retail bullion dealers within Singapore.
• The price being matched must be current, publicly advertised, and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
• The compared product must be an identical item (i.e., type, purity, or condition).

Price Match Process:

• To request a price match:
  1. include the URL of the competitor’s product in the checkout comment box for us to verify or
  2. contact our customer service team with the relevant details within 24 hours of the order.
• Our team will verify the price match request and reserve the right to decline if it does not meet the aforementioned criteria.
• Price adjustment will always be based on the spot price premium that was locked in. No spot price adjustment will be made as part of the price match adjustment.
• Once approved, the matched price will be applied to your order. If payment was already made or if there is an overpayment, any additional funds would be credited to your balance.

Exclusions:

• Does not apply to past orders or completed orders.
• Wholesale, bulk, or special contract pricing is not eligible for price match.
• Product pricing by competitors as part of a bundle or package deal is excluded.

Silver Bullion reserves the right to add, remove, or replace products that are eligible for price matching. Silver Bullion likewise reserves the right to change the terms of this Price Match Policy.
