New Collection Point at The Reserve

Silver Bullion customers now have the option to collect their purchases at The Reserve, in addition to our existing collection point at Millenia Walk. This enhancement offers greater flexibility and convenience for our customers.

Please note that not all products will be available at The Reserve. Millenia Walk remains our primary collection location, where the majority of our retail pick-up inventory is stocked. Customers are advised to check product availability when selecting their preferred collection location.

Important Collection Guidelines:

1. Single Collection Location Per Order:

All items in a single order must be collected from the same location.
Orders containing items from Millenia Walk cannot include items available only at The Reserve.
To collect from multiple locations, customers must place separate orders for each collection point.

2. Location Selection is Final:

During checkout, customers must select their preferred collection point.
Once a collection location is selected, it cannot be changed after order submission.

3. Check Product Availability:

Customers are advised to review product availability during checkout to ensure a smooth and seamless collection experience.
