My friend visited this place to deposit some bullion for safe-keeping and to check out on the services offered. Abi Kidadi attended to us for well over an hour as we were new to bullion investments and had a lot of questions to ask. Abi was very knowledgeable and patient in the way he dealt with our queries regarding transfer in of bullion, storage, loans, peer2peer lending. He was very patient as we made multiple changes to quantities to be transferred in to different accounts. My friend did not complete the online application for STAR storage account prior to the visit but Abi help him to get it done on the spot. do He demonstrated the QC process used to check in the bullion and that gave us great assurance that this is a very safe place to do the physical transference and storage of our precious bullion assets.
